A battery door may come unhinged or you my discover the aid will not produce a sound, after months or years without difficulty. Even when you properly care for your hearing aids, damage can occur over time. If you ever discover an issue that warrants a repair, bring your hearing aid into one of our Alamance County locations. We are able to diagnose broken hearing aids. Some minor repairs can be done while you wait, while others will need to be mailed to the manufacturer. At Global Hearing Aids, we can determine what kind of a repair is necessary if you feel your hearing aid is not working properly.

If you have hearing aids that were not fit in our office, we are still happy to try to repair your hearing aids. We are able to service most major manufacturers of hearing aids. Hearing aids come with a warranty when purchased new. If your warranty has expired, it is still possible to repair most hearing aids with a small fee. We will provide you with details when you take your hearing aid into the office.
